Myfreeholiday is a social network with a difference.Simply Sign Up,Create a profile, Video and start talking Benefactors every time you send a message to a beneficiary you will be gifting them funds for that dream holiday experience.Beneficiaries every time a benefactor sends you a message you will receive $1 or more towards your dream vacation.
Q-2. What is a Beneficiary and a benefactor?
A Beneficiary is a person who wants to go on Vacation/Holiday.
A benefactor a person who helps support beneficiaries go on Vacation/Hoilday.
Q-3. How old do I have to be to join myfreeholiday?
You have to be at least 18 years old
Q-4. Is there a subscription Fee?
Our Website and the services we offer are subscription Free.Only what funds you add to your Myfreeholiday Wallet are the funds available to you to use as gifts on the site.
Q-5. When I reach my Goal how do I book my Vacation?
When your Goal is reached you will be contacted immediately by our admin team and they will talk you through the next step which is to book the best vacation experience of your life. We pay for your holiday through your raised funds and our travel partners will take care of the booking process for you. All you need to do is tell us where and when you wish to travel.
Legal notice You need to have a valid Passport and if needed a legal Visa for your intended destination if required check with your local Government office and your
Airlines, and our travel partners before traveling.
Q-6. If I have money left over from my last vacation can I use that money to take my next holiday?
Yes of course you can we have a three month return policy so if you don’t return
then those funds are automatically returned back to the site so come back soon.
Q-7. If I raise half my Goal can I pay the other half off myself?
No if you require funds for your vacation then the full 100% amount needs to be raised.
Q-8. Will I have to travel alone when I reach my Goal?
No as long as you inform your benefactors and be honest with them as they are going to be supporting you. You can travel alone with your partner,friends,family or even as a surprise for a loved one all is possible.
Q-9. Do I have to give my real name as my user Id?
You are free to use any alias you would like in your profile. Your true identity is kept 100% confidential. It is up to you to choose which aspects of your personal bio you would like to share with the community. Keep in mind though that getting to know people on a more personal level and forming real friendships is what MyFreeholiday is all about and the fastest way to reach your goals. Q-10. How do I no that the person I am talking to is real?
We have a strict zero tolerance policy on members trying to defraud the Benefactors, Beneficiaries and the site. If you have any suspicions that someone is not who they say they are then we have a report abuse button which is located near the edit image button below your profile picture. Simply click it and report to us anything you are concerned with including the users id details and we will do the rest.
Q-11. How are payments made?
We use PayPal as our number one payment gateway as it is one of the most trusted and secure method of payment worldwide if you dont have a paypal account simply sign up here www.paypal.com
Q-12. I uploaded funds to myfreeholiday wallet and I noticed that the amount I put on was reduced slightly when it showed up on my profile why is that?
As PayPal is the payment gateway of choice all funds deposited in the wallet will be reduced because Paypal deduct their transaction fee and the amount in the wallet area is your cleared funds and to keep the site subscription free we are a commission based platform so everyone can enjoy a monthly fee subscription free zone.
Q-13. I am going away for a few months and my profile will be inactive can I still use it when I get back?
Yes we will keep your account active but if you have live funds in your account and you have not logged in within 90 days then the site will retain your raised funds. please see terms and Conditions
Q-14. A benefactor is asking me to come off the site give them my personal details and they will pay for my holiday direct is this allowed?
Myfreeholiday takes this matter very seriously. What ever Benefactors,Beneficiaries caught through our 24/7 (U.P.W.I.M.S) Unique policed website interactive monitoring system) shall be removed with immediate effect and there money raised will go to the site.
Q-15. Can I come back on the site after I have gone on Holiday?
Sure you can when you return we hope you to will post a testimonial of your holiday on the site so your benefactors can hear all about it and you can plan your next holiday.
Q-16. How come no one has reached their Goal and there are no testimonials and no beneficiaries on the leader board?
MyFreeholiday is a unique website that has just been launched in April 2011 and as soon as someone reaches their goal,they will be among the first to be displayed on the site and whoever is the first will be added to our home page for the month.
Q-17. I don’t use the US Dollar in my country, how can I give a gift in my own currency?
PayPal converts the money to your individual currency automatically so that you are able to see how much your gift amounts to.
Q-18. If I am from Europe and I need to raise 2K Euros for my holiday, how will I know what to set my goal as?
If your local currency is not US Dollars, we advise that it is up to you to convert your goal amount into US Dollars, as rates fluctuate.
Q-19. How can I reach my goal quicker?
To reach your goal as quickly as possible, you will need to get familiar with our unique features, such as sending messages, photos, Web Cam and so much more......
Q-20. Will I have to raise the money in a specific time frame?
No you can take as long as you like but if you are looking to take some time away from the site please refer to Question 13.
Q-21. How can I promote my profile?
On your profile page at the bottom right you will see a Share your profile area where you can Copy and paste your unique URL use popular social network icons,upload a personal video and submit it to any video hosting website. This will get you quicker to your Goal as the World is Watching....!!!
Q-22. If I am having problems using your website, how do I get help?
Simply choose the Contact Us tab at the top of your profile, then send in your message and our Admin team will get back to you.
